About Dave
An engineer’s eye for how the human body adapts.
I’m a biomechanics specialist and health practitioner with over six years of experience helping people overcome pain, improve movement, and enhance athletic performance.
With a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and a Master’s in Applied Science, I bring a scientific, first-principles approach to understanding how the human body behaves and adapts.
“My own experience with scoliosis and chronic back pain led me to apply that thinking to my own body. By applying these concepts, I began to influence how I stood, walked, and moved day to day. Over time, my back pain resolved and I feel better as I age. I’m grateful to use those skills to help others.”
Biomechanics applies principles of physics to living systems. Those principles are applied to the human body to influence how it functions and moves through space.
Drawing on my studies in ecology and natural systems, I combine scientific precision with a holistic, systems-based approach to health—exploring the relationships between body, mind, and environment to help people restore natural movement, improve alignment, and build strength and longevity.
